A 8x50mmR (Mannlicher) 'M1895' straight-pull service carbine-stutzen by FÉG, no. 8251E With an FGGY 'M1895' bayonet marked '7327' with metal scabbard Side sling-swivel repositioned, in otherwise standard service configuration, reasonably worn condition overall, front trigger-block screw missing, the bore dull throughout (2) 18in. barrel, recent London nitro reproof Footnotes: The M1895 was the final major iteration of the straight-pull system. Approximately 3½ million were produced and constituted the main service rifle of the Austro-Hungarian army throughout the first World War This lot is subject to the following lot symbols: S1 S1 Section 1 lots require a valid British Firearms certificate, RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) Licence or import licence.
