A Victorian silver 'Cellini' patter ewer George Fox, London 1872, retailed by Angell & Browne Conventional ovoid form, hinged cover and cast scroll handle formed as a woman's bust, the body profusely chased and embossed with classical masks, figureheads, animals and floral sprays between flutes and strapwork, raised on a stepped circular base, underside of the foot engraved with retailers 'ANGELL & BROWNE 10 STRAND LONDON', height 30.5cm, weight 27.5oz.
